Crypto payment gateway without KYC for merchant onboarding
Many processors require owner IDs, business addresses, and document uploads before you can accept a dollar. CXPay merchant onboarding intentionally stays lightweight: credentials, a business name, and where you want funds sent.
What sign-up asks for—and what it does not
Merchant sign-up requires an email and password (or sign in with your existing CoinExchange account), a business name, and a payout wallet address. CXPay does not collect government ID, proof of address, business phone numbers, or KYB documents for onboarding. You are responsible for understanding obligations that may apply to your business in your jurisdiction.
You may also sign in with an existing CoinExchange account, which acts as the single login issuer across coinexchange.cash, cxcash.app, and CXPay.
Public CXPay pages do not display merchant support email addresses; use the contact form for integration requests such as the WooCommerce plugin.
Merchant responsibility and screening
Skipping KYB at onboarding does not remove legal obligations you may have where you operate. CXPay does not make regulatory conclusions on this site—merchants must evaluate their own requirements.
CXPay applies a manual address blocklist for screening. That is not a substitute for your own risk policies when deciding whom to sell to or which jurisdictions to serve.
Full gateway features after sign-up
No-KYC onboarding still unlocks hosted checkout, payment links, invoices, API keys, webhooks, reports, CSV export, and referral program tiers. Fee discounts and referral rewards can be configured by administrators when promotions are active.
CXPay is non-custodial: when a payer completes checkout, funds settle directly to the payout wallet address you provide at sign-up. CXPay does not operate merchant hot wallets, sweeps, or pooled balances for your sales. You remain in control of the wallet that receives each payment.
CXPay charges 1% on standard checkout, 0.5% when the payer selects the CXCASH rail (private, gas-free payments on Aztec via cxcash.app), and a $0.30 minimum fee per payment. There is no setup fee, monthly fee, or application fee in the product. Ethereum and Bitcoin network fees are shown to the payer at cost on those rails.
Supported payment methods
Supported networks and assets today: Ethereum (ETH, USDC, USDT, DAI); Base (ETH, USDC, DAI — USDT is not supported on Base); Arbitrum (ETH, USDC, USDT); Optimism (ETH, USDC, USDT, DAI); Polygon (MATIC, USDC, USDT, DAI); Tron (TRX, USDT TRC20); Solana (SOL, USDC, USDT); Bitcoin on-chain (BTC) and Bitcoin Lightning (BOLT11); and CXCASH (gas-free private payments via cxcash.app).
Competitors such as BitPay and Coinbase Business typically require business verification and additional personal documentation per their public pages (checked October 2026). CXPay’s model trades those requirements for wallet-only settlement without fiat offramps.
Compare verification-heavy alternatives
If you need fiat bank settlement or card-adjacent compliance workflows, other providers may fit better. If you want fast merchant activation with crypto payout to your wallet, CXPay is designed for that path.
See our BitPay, Coinbase Commerce migration, and NOWPayments comparison pages for side-by-side notes.
The merchant dashboard and GET /reports/payments help you filter by status and time range. Download GET /exports/payments.csv when finance needs a spreadsheet-friendly view. Pair exports with webhook-driven order updates so internal systems stay aligned with on-chain settlement. Because CXPay does not hold balances, your wallet history and CXPay reports together form the reconciliation trail.
Server integrations should create payment intents with Idempotency-Key headers, persist the returned intent ID on your order row, and only mark paid after payment.succeeded verifies on your webhook handler. Test keys let you exercise the full lifecycle without touching live balances. WooCommerce merchants request the official plugin through the contact form and configure API base URL plus webhook secrets before going live.
Launch checklist after sign-up
Merchants who educate payers about exact amounts and quote expiry see fewer support tickets. Publish your accepted assets and networks on your store policy page and link to CXPay asset guides. When customers pay with ETH or BTC, remind them that network fees appear separately from the CXPay merchant fee. For audiences comfortable with Aztec, highlight CXCASH as a gas-free alternative through cxcash.app.
Before your first live sale, send a small test payment to confirm the payout wallet address is correct, since CXPay cannot redirect funds that already settled to a mistyped address.

Merchant sign-up as described does not include ID upload. Product policies may evolve; this page reflects the current flow.
Can I sign up without a business name?
A business name is required during merchant sign-up alongside email and payout wallet.
Does no KYC mean no fees?
Standard CXPay fees still apply: 1%, 0.5% CXCASH rail, and $0.30 minimum per payment.
